Garden Letters is a letter creation platform. You can compose heartfelt letters, choose floral card styles, add preset or AI-generated backgrounds, and optionally turn the letter into a song. Credits are used for certain AI features (see pricing and in-app notices). The service is for personal, creative, and entertainment purposes only — not legal, medical, or professional advice. You choose whether each letter is public (visible in the garden gallery) or private (accessible only with a share code).

To use certain features, you must sign in with a supported account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate information • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

• Credits are purchased through our pricing page using Stripe. • All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. • Credits do not expire but are non-transferable. • AI backgrounds cost 4 credits per generation; AI music generation costs 10 credits per generation. • We reserve the right to change pricing and will give reasonable notice where appropriate.

You retain ownership of the letters you write. By saving a letter, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and deliver it as needed to provide the service — including showing it in the public garden if you enable that option. You are responsible for the content you publish and for sharing private letter codes only with intended recipients. Do not use Garden Letters to harass, impersonate, or distribute unlawful content.

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, floral assets, and software, is owned by Garden Letters or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated backgrounds are provided for use with your letters on our platform. You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent our service or assets.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Upload or generate content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law • Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Share your account credentials with others • Circumvent private-letter access controls

Garden Letters is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • AI-generated backgrounds or songs will match your expectations • Shared links or codes will remain available forever AI outputs may be imperfect and are provided for creative and personal use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garden Letters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
